Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. Following her decision to quit gymnastics Ariel Khadr began competing in fitness shows when she was a teenager. When she was 17 she was awarded her professional certificate just one year later. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She first began to participate in fitness shows after giving up her childhood career in gymnastics. After only one year, she was able to earn her Professional Card at age 17. Thus becoming the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel took six year off from stage life after obtaining her Professional Card in order to finish her studies at college. In 2015, she continued the same path as she did in the previous year, competing in the most prestigious contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She kept competing after her first show for a few years, setting bigger goals each year. She won another four fitness championships by the close of 2009. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel Ariel Ariel took an absence of six years from competitive sports when she earned her pro-card to finish her college education. In October of 2015 Ariel made her return to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional debut in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. The team finished 3rd at the show. In the summer of 2016, she was awarded the first prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This qualified her for the Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage three months later taking sixth place within the Fitness Division. Ariel said she had no expectations before and was very proud of the result. There is no doubt that Ariel did well given that she had to compete against the best athletes. Ariel is always improving each year. Ariel is known to be focused upon her lower back. The typical back workout for Ariel consists of single-arm pulldowns using lats, as well as pullups with machines, along with bent-over rows. The warm-up phase is typically done prior to the workout. Ariel utilizes her time effectively. One way to achieve this is to superset the back exercises she does. Four or three supersets with 10-12 reps is done.
